Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai/Hyderabad is seeking an ETL Data Testing Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL and automation framework development.

The role requires leading end-to-end data testing automation initiatives, building Python automation frameworks from scratch, and taking ownership in a hybrid work model (3 days/week from client office).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in ETL testing and automation.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Experience in capital markets or financial services domain preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and data testing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL data testing automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineering and QA teams across projects.
• Provide technical leadership for the team and deliverables.
• Ensure data quality across financial services/domain data.

We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data Testing Automation professional with strong hands‑on expertise in Python, SQL, and Automation Framework Development.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Testing
• Hands‑on experience with Python Automation
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in building Data Testing Automation Frameworks from scratch
• Ability to take end‑to‑end ownership and build a Python Automation Framework
• 6+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant hands‑on experience in Python
• Experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead capacity
• Financial Services / Capital Markets domain knowledge is preferred

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid – Work from Client Office 3 days/week
