• Build Python based executables or scheduled jobs in an enterprise environment.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation, system integration.
• Integrate with FIS platforms (TrustDesk / 3270 / AddVantage) and internal databases/files.
• APIs and web services integration where available.
• Collaborate with Ops SMEs to create solutions architecture and develop automations.
• Support UAT, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation, error logs, and audit artifacts.

• Strong Python programming
• Windows automation using UI Automation frameworks (pywinauto / similar)
• Web automation using Playwright
• Experience working with complex workflows and exception handling
• REST APIs and basic backend concepts
• Logging, debugging, and resilient process automation design
• Experience working in Banking, Wealth Management, BFSI, or GCC environments
• VDI / Citrix / Remote desktop automation exposure
