Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Windows-based automation development
• File handling, scheduling, and batch processing
• Experience working with VDI / terminal server locked-down enterprise environments
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management operations
• Understanding of reconciliation, income processing, trades, or custody workflows
• Preferred: Experience with FIS platforms, terminal/mainframe integrations, and familiarity with RPA/automation frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using C# / .NET for Wealth Management operations (Trust, Custody, Reconciliation, Income, Transfers)
• Create robust automation using .NET applications
• Integrate automations with FIS platforms, internal databases and file systems, APIs and web services
• Create EXE / service-based automations compliant with enterprise security standards
• Implement exception handling, logging, audit trails, and retry mechanisms
• Partner with Operations SMEs to understand workflows and business rules
• Support UAT, Hypercare, and Production issues
• Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using C# /.NET for Wealth Management operations (Trust, Custody, Reconciliation, Income, Transfers)
• Create robust automation using .NET applications
• Integrate automations with:
• FIS platforms (TrustDesk / 3270 / AddVantage)
• Internal databases and file systems
• APIs and web services (where available)
• Create EXE / servicebased automations compliant with enterprise security standards
• Implement exception handling, logging, audit trails, and retry mechanisms
• Partner with Operations SMEs to understand workflows and business rules
• Support UAT, Hypercare, and Production issues
• Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks
