Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a .NET Automation Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade automations for US Wealth Management operations.

The role focuses on migrating manual and VB-based processes to a secure, scalable .NET platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience. The candidate will design automation solutions using C#/.NET, integrate with FIS platforms and internal systems, and create EXE/service-based automations with robust error handling

Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Windows-based automation development.
• File handling, scheduling, and batch processing.
• Experience working with VDI / terminal server locked-down enterprise environments.
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management operations.
• Understanding of reconciliation, income processing, trades, or custody workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using C#/.NET for Wealth Management operations (Trust, Custody, Reconciliation, Income, Transfers).
• Create robust automation using .NET applications.
• Integrate automations with FIS platforms (TrustDesk / 3270 / AddVantage), internal databases and file systems, APIs and web services (where available).
• Create EXE/service-based automations compliant with enterprise security standards.
• Implement exception handling, logging, audit trails, and retry mechanisms.
• Partner with Operations SMEs to understand workflows and business rules.
• Support UAT, Hypercare, and Production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
