Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will focus on electronics and electrical components and be responsible for sourcing high‑quality materials, goods, and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet business requirements for electronics and electrical components. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to achieve the best value for the company.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous quality, delivery, and cost improvement.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the electronics and electrical components market. Analyze data to inform sourcing decisions.
4. Prepare and manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure fair and transparent competition.
5. Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
6. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve savings.
7. Collaborate with quality teams to ensure suppliers meet quality standards for electronics and electrical components.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, such as RoHS, REACH, BIS, and UL.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics or electrical industry.
3. Skills:
   • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
   • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
   • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
   • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP and Ariba.
