Job summary

Swasthyam Multispeciality Hospital in Nagpur invites a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities across medical, surgical, pharmacy, housekeeping, engineering and general items.

You will obtain quotations, compare rates, negotiate with vendors, maintain approved vendor relationships, monitor stock and purchase costs, coordinate with Stores, OT, ICU and Biomedical teams, ensure NABH compliance, and prepare reports that drive cost savings.

• Procure medical, surgical, pharmacy, housekeeping, engineering and general items.
• Obtain quotations, compare rates and negotiate with vendors.
• Develop and maintain approved vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely availability of critical hospital materials.
• Coordinate with Stores, Pharmacy, OT, ICU, Biomedical and other departments.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, pending orders and purchase costs.
• Maintain PR, PO, quotation comparison and vendor records.
• Ensure procurement compliance and support NABH requirements.
• Prepare purchase reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
