Job summary

Staff Plus Hr Services is seeking an experienced procurement leader to head our tea sourcing operations in India. The role involves steering procurement, participating in tea auctions, assessing quality and negotiating purchases to meet cost targets.

You will oversee a team of 10–15 members and ensure timely procurement of high-quality tea, building strong supplier relationships and optimizing auction processes across regional markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in tea tasting-procurement with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of tea quality, auction systems and regional markets.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and communication abilities.
