Job summary

Htnm Media Faridabad is seeking an experienced Purchase Head to manage procurement for our printing operations. You will oversee sourcing, vendor management, price negotiations, inventory planning and timely procurement of all production materials.

You will coordinate with production, stores and accounts, monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing, prepare purchase reports and drive cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for manufacturing/printing industries.
• Vendor management and cost negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage procurement cycle and inventory planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/Tally and MS Excel.

• Manage the complete procurement cycle.
• Purchase paper, ink, plates, packaging materials, and other printing consumables.
• Identify and develop new vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the production, stores and accounts departments.
