Job summary

Ambrane India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Purchase / Sourcing Executive to procure electronic components for power banks, chargers and battery-powered products. You will work with R&D to ensure BOM parts are sourced on time, at the right cost and quality.

You will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase operations including POs, delivery tracking, and imports in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years in purchase / sourcing of electronic components, preferably consumer electronics.
• Able to read a BOM and datasheet part numbers.
• Knowledge of distributors and markets (Mouser, Digi-Key, LCSC, China suppliers).
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills; working knowledge of ERP (SAP) and MS Excel.

• Identify and onboard suppliers and PCB / PCBA vendors (domestic and import).

About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase / Sourcing Executive to source electronic components for power banks, chargers and battery-powered products. You will work with the R&D / NPD team to deliver BOM parts on time, at the right cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Component Sourcing

• Source Electronics connectors, PCBs, battery cells and mechanical parts as per BOM.
• Find alternate parts for obsolete, long-lead or high-cost components, with R&D approval.
• Arrange samples for NPD and prototype builds.

2. Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard suppliers and PCB / PCBA vendors (domestic and import).
• Negotiate price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms; ensure genuine parts only.

3. Purchase Operations

• Raise POs, track deliveries and coordinate imports, customs and logistics.
• Plan stock as per production schedule; maintain records and approved vendor list in ERP / Excel.
