Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management
   • Maintain stock records for the Mumbai location.
   • Monitor and update inventory details on a daily basis.
   • Record material inward transactions in the inventory software.
2. Purchase & Accounts
   • Create and process purchase orders.
   • Enter purchases and expenses into Tally.
   • Track invoices and bills.
   • Coordinate with team for creditor payments.
   • Follow ledger statement and MSME certificate.
   • Private Limited compliance.
3. Data Management & MIS
   • Prepare and maintain Excel sheets containing:
     • Creditor details
     • Contact information
     • Email ID records
   • Prepare Prot Sheet.
   • Other Work.
