Job summary

Cleansep Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of OEM experience to manage supplier coordination, PO releases and delivery timelines for engineering projects in biotech, pharma and chemical sectors.

You will lead kickoff meetings, prepare price lists, review BOQ/P&ID, and ensure timely delivery of components with a focus on quality and cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• BE Chemical or Diploma in Chemical engineering or BE Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience 2–3 years in OEM project/purchase.
• Knowledge of equipment like Pumps, Valves, Transmitters, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and releasing POs.

Responsibilities

• Kickoff meetings at project start.
• Coordinate with Vendors and material follow-ups.
• Prepare Price List.
• PO releasing to vendors.
• Review BOQ and P&ID.
• Prepare delivery schedule for bought-out components.
• Follow ups and timely receipt of materials as per schedule.
• Prepare technocommercial comparison of components.

Job Profile Overview :
