Ficus Pax in Hyderabad, India is seeking a proactive Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure timely material availability. You will coordinate with multiple departments, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and issue purchase orders after approvals.

The role requires strong vendor negotiation, follow-up and cost-quality optimization skills to meet company policies and supplier performance targets.

• Obtain quotations from approved and new vendors.
• Prepare Comparative Statements for price and commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate with vendors for price, delivery, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders after approvals.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor pending/open Purchase Orders and provide status updates.
• Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and approved requirements.
• Identify alternate vendors and sourcing opportunities.

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor pending/open Purchase Orders and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and approved requirements.
• Identify alternate vendors and sourcing opportunities where required.
