The role focuses on timely PO creation, market price monitoring, and close collaboration with factory and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities include negotiating terms, ensuring supplier adherence to codes of conduct, and delivering value through strategic sourcing and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement lifecycle including PO creation and processing.
• Strong negotiation skills for price, delivery schedules and commercial terms.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, development and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Identify cost-effective suppliers and development to achieve 100% delivery and quality adherence; assess supplier risk.
• Deliver targets for Purchase Price Variance, innovation, cost avoidance, and value optimization in the given category.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms to maximize cost savings.
• Plan risk mitigation and sustainable sourcing; identify alternate suppliers when required.
• Monitor daily market trends and price movements.
• Collaborate with Factory, MNS, Quality, Planning, and Stores to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Drive supplier development for quality supplies and future needs.
• Maintain adherence to supplier code of conduct and responsible sourcing.

Role & responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
• Identify Cost Effective Supplier and development to achieve 100% adherence to delivery & quality. Risk Assessment for supplier enrolment.
• Deliver targets set for Purchase Price Variance, Innovation, Cost Avoidance, & Value Optimization in given category.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings
• Risk Mitigation planning and sustainable sourcing measures for category, Support sourcing activities and identifying alternate suppliers when required.
• Daily Market Monitoring & Price Tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Factory, MNS, Quality, Planning, and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Supplier Development for quality product supplies, future needs.
• Maintain 100% adherence to Supplier code of conduct & responsible sourcing.
• Budgeting and adherence review.
• Supplier Evaluation and Development.
