Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the companys point of contact for procurement activities.
• Release purchase orders to existing suppliers.
• Follow with suppliers for timely raw material sourcing.
• Coordinate between stores department and supplier lead times.
• Look for new suppliers for validating price of existing products.
• Price negotiations with existing and new suppliers.
• Visit suppliers for optimising product spec, product improvement, pointing out new products.
• Keep a track of available baes price databases to ensure appropriate RM pricing.
• Supplier performance analysis, Purchase KPI reporting, Execute import purchasing.
• Tally / other ERP systems
