Job summary

Shavish Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain lead to manage Section Casting, Press, Machining and Outsourcing, ensuring on-time delivery and 100% compliance from suppliers of carburettor and fuel-injection parts.

You will model obsolescence, coordinate with PPC, and drive continuous improvement while negotiating with suppliers and supporting quality audits. Strong SAP MM and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant supply chain experience in automobile industry and Casting-Press-Machining.
• Leading section independently and driving continuous improvement.
• Negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Problem solving and decision making ability.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM module.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with carburettors, air suction valves and fuel injection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading Supply chain activity for Section Casting, Press, Machining & Outsourcing.

Role & responsibilities

• Leading Supply chain activity for Section Casting, Press, Machining & Outsourcing.
• Ensure In time delivery & 100% compliance from Supplier (Carb.& Fuel Injection) parts.
• Model obsoletion/Ramp up with supplier & co-ordination with PPC.
• Support to Quality for Supplier Quality Assurance through various audits & defective lots inspection.
• Issuing Sch. Agreement to Supplier for Rate agreement of each parts.
• Cost competitive procurement of material & support to CR activities.
• Ability to lead & motivate team in day to day situation and deliver win-win decisions in favor of organization benefit.
• Managing deadlines and Monitoring Progress daily task of team
• To implement or continuous improvement effective system in day to day adherence to procedures/ guidelines of system like IATF/ISO14001/ISO45001/ SASG-RASG etc.
• Effective communication with internal as well as external parties.
• Negotiations and Settlement of Supplier grievances towards Supply chain Key Skills & Relevant Experience
