Role Description

The Public Relations Executive will be responsible for supporting client accounts through planning and executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and coordinating communications activities. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, media pitches, articles, and other content; maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers; and monitoring media coverage to track results against client objectives. The role also involves organizing press events, briefings, and interviews; preparing client reports and presentations; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular interaction with clients and media stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in public relations strategy, media relations, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to write and edit clear, engaging content for press releases, articles, social media, and corporate communications.
• Experience in campaign planning, event coordination, and execution of PR activities.
• Proficiency in media monitoring, reporting, and basic use of PR and social media tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, media, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune City; prior agency experience is an advantage.
