Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Data Protection Lead to design and manage encryption and key management solutions across enterprise environments. You will drive PKI, HSM, and certificate management while collaborating with security, cloud, and DevOps teams.

You will provide security advisory, risk assessments, and governance support, supporting incidents, changes, and problem management within large-scale data protection programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in encryption technologies and key management for enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering data protection solutions with PKI, HSM, and certificate management.
• Familiarity with cryptographic standards and lifecycle management; scripting in Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of encryption solutions across endpoints, databases, files, and cloud.
• Provide governance, risk assessment, and security advisory across security, cloud, and DevOps teams.
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and incident support for data protection programs.
