Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Zscaler Security Administrator in Navi Mumbai to manage ZIA, ZPA, and Z-App environments. You will configure URL filtering, SSL/TLS interception, and cloud firewall policies while integrating Okta and Active Directory for secure access.

You will collaborate with SOC, networking, and client teams to troubleshoot incidents, improve security posture, and engage with Zscaler TAMs for new features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering ZIA, ZPA, and Z-App environments.
• Strong knowledge of web security concepts including URL filtering and SSL/TLS interception.
• Experience integrating identity and access management solutions (Okta SAML 2.0, AD).
• Proven troubleshooting of cloud proxy, secure access, firewall, and connectivity in enterprise setups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in global ops teams.

Your Role

As a Zscaler Security Administrator at Capgemini, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud security services. You will work closely with security operations, networking, identity management, and client teams to maintain policy compliance, troubleshoot security incidents, and support secure access initiatives.

• Administer and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Z-App Mobile, and associated cloud security services.
• Configure and manage URL filtering, application control, web control policies, authentication integrations, and SSL/TLS inspection capabilities.
• Manage cloud firewall policies, network services, IP/FQDN groups, bandwidth controls, sandboxing, and advanced threat protection features.
• Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and security architecture teams to investigate threats, resolve security incidents, and improve cloud security posture.
• Engage with Zscaler support and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to troubleshoot issues, test new features, and ensure operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience administering Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Z-App environments.
• Strong knowledge of web security concepts including URL filtering, SSL/TLS interception, cloud firewall, application control, and advanced threat protection.
• Experience integrating identity and access management solutions such as Okta (SAML 2.0), Active Directory, and user/group-based authentication.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting cloud proxy, secure access, firewall, and connectivity-related issues within enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with experience working in global operational support teams.
