Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a senior security specialist to manage and enhance PKI, certificate management, encryption, and key management within the Data Security service portfolio. You will drive solution design and advisory services, handle incident response and change management for enterprise security platforms, and lead initiatives across risk, audit, governance, and compliance.

• Strong hands-on experience in PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and encryption technologies.
• Experience collaborating with business and infrastructure teams, security operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Background in security assessments, vulnerability remediation, risk management, and compliance support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Your Role

• Manage and continuously enhance PKI, Certificate Management, Encryption, and Key Management capabilities within the Data Security service portfolio.
• Drive solution design, implementation, advisory services, incident response, problem management, and change management for enterprise security platforms.
• Lead security initiatives, provide technical guidance, and support risk, audit, governance, and compliance requirements across the organization.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in PKI, Certificate Lifecycle Management, Encryption Technologies, Key Management Solutions, and Data Security Architecture with hands‑on implementation and operational experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business teams, infrastructure teams, security operations, and senior stakeholders while providing technical consulting and solution recommendations.
• Experience in security assessments, vulnerability remediation, risk management, documentation, operational procedures, and metrics‑driven service improvement.
• Capable of independently managing complex projects, troubleshooting critical security issues, and delivering practical solutions to technical challenges.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with relevant cybersecurity certifications considered an added advantage
