Job summary

Xanika Infotech is seeking an experienced PROS CPQ consultant in Hyderabad to lead pricing implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM systems. The role demands deep PROS CPQ expertise, Java/macros, and strong knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics integrations for complex customer ecosystems.

You will design solutions, mentor analysts, and define integration mappings while coordinating with PROS product teams to address pricing issues. Remote work not specified.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CPQ experience with PROS Smart CPQ implementation.
• Hands-on PROS SMART CPQ, with at least 2 end-to-end deployments.
• Strong Java and macro coding skills for customization.
• Experience writing business rules and configuring product links.
• Understanding of Quote to Cash and SFDC/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Suggest solutions leveraging PROS CPQ capabilities.
• Work with Classic CPQ modules: Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, Configuration Process.
• Support business analyst in user story definition and sizing.
• Develop technical design and architecture for PROS control/pricing per client.
• Lead PROS pricing integration within customer ecosystems.
• Advise integration teams on PROS web APIs.
• Develop data exchange modules between PROS CPQ and MS Dynamics CRM.
• Implement pricing and analytics using PROS Pricing.
• Assist with configuration/customization to handle changes.
• Define integration mappings and actual integrations with external apps.
• Coordinate with PROS Product team to resolve pricing issues.
• Provide high-level/detailed estimates for implementation.

Responsibility / Expectations from the role

• Suggest different solutions leveraging out of the box PROS CPQ capabilities.
• Experience of working in Classic CPQ modules like Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, Configuration Process
• Support business analyst in user story definition / sizing.
• Develop detailed Technical design and architecture to implement PROS Control/ Pricing per client
• Lead the integration of PROS Pricing in customers technology ecosystem.
• Advice customers' integration teams on PROS web APIs
• Develop data exchange modules between PROS CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Implement Pricing & Analytics functionalities using PROS Pricing Solution
• Assist in overcoming functional / technical changes through configuration / customization.
• Support in defining integration mappings and actual Integration with external applications.
• Liaison with PROS Product team in overcoming the PROS Pricing product issues
• Support to provide high-level/detailed estimates for the implementation

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of overall CPQ experience - PROS
• Proficiency in PROS SMART CPQ with a good understanding of the overall ecosystem -with minimum 2 end-to-end PROS CPQ implementation
• Hands-on experience in MACRO coding & core Java
• Should be well versed in writing Business Rules and Constraints and be proficient in setting up Product Links, Bundles etc.
• Should have a good understanding of the Quote to Cash process
• Working knowledge of core SFDC Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud and Salesforce/ Dynamics integration with PROS and exposure to other CPQ tools is an added advantage
• PROS certifications such as PPSS Smart CPQ, PROS PPSS, Quoting 203 Smart CPQ, Quoting 310 Quote Modelling, Quoting 320 Product Portfolio Design etc
