Job summary

Regport Process Management Pvt Ltd is seeking an Application Engineer (JD) to drive techno-commercial offers, coordinate with customers after submission, and manage product-based proposals end-to-end. You will prepare amendment data sheets, follow up on offers, and ensure timely responses while maintaining high quality service and strong alignment with customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety and piping valve systems and related equipment.
• Familiarity with API 520, API 526, API 527, and API 2000.
• Ability to translate technical specs into customer offerings.

Job description

Job Title: Application Engineer (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Techno-Commercial Offer Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial offers to customers.
2. Customer Coordination: Act as the point of contact and coordinate with customers after offer submission to address any queries and provide necessary updates.
3. Offer Amendment & Follow-up: Complete offer amendment data sheets and follow up on submitted offers to ensure compliance and timely responses.
4. Product-Specific Offer Management: Independently manage and take ownership of product-based offers, ensuring they meet customer specifications and requirements.
5. Follow-up and Support: Maintain regular follow-up with customers on submitted offers, addressing concerns and ensuring the successful conversion of offers into sales.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Valves & Systems: Extensive knowledge of safety relief valves, pressure reducing valves, breather valves, breather valve cum flame arresters, flame arresters, emergency vent valves, centrifuge blanketing systems, pressure reducing stations, and tank blanketing systems.
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with key industry standards, including API 520, API 526, API 527, and API 2000.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and apply technical specifications and product requirements to meet customer needs.
