TOYO Engineering India Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Proposal Engineer to join our bidding team for oil & gas projects. You will drive cost estimation, risk reviews, and cash flow analysis for EPCC and services proposals, coordinating with multiple disciplines to craft winning strategies.

The role requires 5–15 years of experience, a BE in Chemical or Mechanical, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Mumbai-based, full-time role.

• Candidate should have handled proposals in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Cryogenics or Fertilizers, etc.
• He should have experience in the following activities:
• Cost Estimation of EPCC (LSTK) and Services Proposals
• Risk Review at the time of bidding
• Cash flow Analysis
• Formulating winning strategy
