Team members collaborate with design and project stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant engineering documentation and designs.

Role Description

The Proposal Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for preparing and writing technical and commercial proposals for engineering design and Construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tender documents, coordinating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to gather inputs, estimating costs, and developing clear, competitive proposal content. The Proposal Engineer will track proposal deadlines, maintain proposal documentation, and support negotiations by providing technical clarifications and cost breakdowns. The role also involves contributing to process improvements in proposal development and building templates and best practices for future bids.

Qualifications B.E Civil Engineering 1 years experience

• Candidates should possess strong Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills, including the ability to interpret tender documents and prepare technical and commercial offers.


• Candidates should possess Civil Engineering knowledge or a related engineering background, with the ability to understand project specifications and coordinate with technical teams.


• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including client communication, understanding customer requirements, and supporting bid strategy.


• Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills, such as coordinating with suppliers, obtaining quotations, and contributing to cost estimations.


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline.


• Experience in proposal or estimation roles within engineering, construction, or telecom industries is preferred.
