Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India invites a seasoned Proposal Document Manager - Oracle to lead large‑scale Oracle programmes and coordinate diverse stakeholders across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. The role requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience, strong Oracle PLM/BPM skills, and exceptional English communication with a Bachelor’s degree.

As a Proposal Document Manager - Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large‑scale Oracle implementation projects within our organization. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and team members.

What You Must Have
