Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Manager to lead Oracle supply chain and operations engagements across client portfolios. You’ll analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful delivery within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.

As a Manager, you’ll coach teams, manage planning and budgets, mentor staff, and foster innovation while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.

As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Manager (EPM/SCM/AI/Finance), you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in AI/SCM/EPM or Finance

• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization
• Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
• Embracing technology and innovation to enhance project delivery
