Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Oracle PPM Manager to lead consulting services across Oracle Financials and related modules. You will analyze client needs, implement solutions, and mentor junior staff while delivering value to a diverse client portfolio.

You will manage projects from planning through completion, ensure quality, and promote innovation in financial management practices within a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in Oracle PPM project costing, project billing.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

As an Oracle PPM Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Oracle practice, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that supports processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of experience in Oracle PPM project costing, project billing
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
