Job summary

Sofomation Energy in Thane is seeking a Property Manager (Technical) with 6–15 years of experience to oversee premium commercial property operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and vendors.

You will drive preventive maintenance, manage critical infrastructure, and ensure safety compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM is mandatory.
• 6 to 15 years of experience in premium commercial property management.
• Experience leading technical teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of a premium commercial property.
• Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire & Life Safety Systems, STP, WTP, Pumps, Elevators, and other critical infrastructure.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and asset reliability.
• Lead engineering, housekeeping, security, and vendor teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle resident escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, technical audits, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk management protocols, and operational requirements.
