Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Premium Property Manager (Technical) for a premium commercial property in Thane. You will lead end-to-end operations, oversee electrical, HVAC, DG, fire and life-safety systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain peak asset performance.

The role requires 10–15 years of commercial property management experience, strong communication, and a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering along with MBA/PGDM.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge & expertise in building operations.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization) mandatory.
• Experience in leading technical teams, vendors, and facility operations.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, safety standards, and resident relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of a premium commercial property.
• Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire & Life Safety Systems, STP, WTP, Pumps, Elevators, and other critical infrastructure.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations and asset reliability.
• Lead engineering, housekeeping, security, and vendor teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle resident escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, technical audits, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk management protocols, and operational best practices.
