Job summary

Role Description

The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Atiti Homes properties. This role includes overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring that each property meets Atiti's cleanliness, safety, and service standards. The Property Manager will monitor occupancy, assist with pricing updates, and help implement branding and operational SOPs across locations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, reporting on property performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the guest experience and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Operational management skills, including property oversight, vendor coordination, and basic facility management.


• Guest service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional on-site presence.


• Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and basic reporting on occupancy and performance.


• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for bookings, guest communication, and internal coordination.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and brand standards.


• Ability to work on-site in Patna in a full-time capacity, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.


• Prior experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, property management, or customer-facing roles is preferred.


• Relevant education in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
