Job summary

Indiana Group is seeking a Facility Maintenance professional to oversee comprehensive maintenance and contract management for internal and external facilities in Mumbai. The role requires ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards through both planned and unplanned activities.

Key duties include coordinating providers for housekeeping, HVAC, fire systems, CCTV, water proofing, electrical panels, and generators, as well as daily site checks and hazard reporting to the Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• Year of experience: 10 years.
• Graduate qualification.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision of comprehensive facility maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure the building is maintained to appropriate standards, safe and fit for contemporary purpose through planned and unplanned maintenance response.
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including Housekeeping, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, CCTV, building water proofing ,Electrical Panels and Generators and so on.
• Internal & External facilities e.g Directors Bungalows, Farmhouse, Companies and other Properties.
• Ensure the external facilities are safe, clean, and free from hazard. Daily checks of the office premises to remove any rubbish and debris.
• Adherence to standards, guidelines, legislation, and procedures set to ensure the safety and well-being to all members, guests, visitors, and employees.
• Reports all near misses, incidents, and accidents to the Shift Manager immediately.
• Any hazards or risks identified are immediately reported to the Shift Manager.
