Job summary

THE Career Destination in Chennai is seeking an aggressive property acquisition professional to drive company-owned centres. You will source on-ground properties, negotiate with landlords and brokers, and manage the end-to-end pipeline until closure.

You should have 3+ years of experience, build strong pipelines, oversee basic admin tasks, and apply basic commercial judgement while monitoring micro-market trends, vendor coordination, maintenance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs exp responsible for driving property acquisition for company-owned centres
• Build a strong property pipeline, lead discussions, ensure seamless execution and oversee basic administrative operations
