You will serve as the primary liaison with owners and deliver regular updates and reports to ensure asset security and performance.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Property Operations: Oversee daily management and maintenance of residential/commercial properties on behalf of property owners.
• Client & Owner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering regular updates, property status reports, and peace of mind regarding their real estate assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Convincing & Persuasive Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal capabilities to manage expectations, close lease renewals, and resolve conflict constructively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages to interact professionally with HNI owners, corporate clients, and vendors.
