• Operates client systems and performs complex tasks following information security policies and guidelines.
• Interacts with colleagues and supervisors to audit and troubleshoot to meet client needs in a timely manner.
• Takes initiative to find solutions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Develops and implements procedures to meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards.
• Composes clear, polite emails to communicate with clients and anticipates their needs.
• Coaches less-experienced staff in procedures and insurance knowledge.
• Analyzes root causes of processing problems and informs team and client of issues and solutions.
• Demonstrates problem-solving, organization and interpersonal skills; communicates clearly on calls.
