Job summary

Retail Property Acquisition role based in Surat requires 3–8 years of experience in sourcing commercial properties for expansion of retail stores. You will negotiate rent, deposits, lease terms, CAM, and other commercial terms, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects and Operations for closures.

Willlingness to travel for property visits and a proactive market knowledge will help you drive timely acquisitions aligned with expansion targets.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Retail Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate.
• Retail store acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and market knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for property visits.
