Job summary

Ridoji is seeking an experienced Female Real Estate Professional in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with 5-7 years of experience to identify and finalize suitable properties for our new offices and franchise locations across India.

The candidate will oversee location analysis, property shortlisting, landlord negotiations, lease documentation, and coordination with brokers and legal teams to ensure timely openings and compliant agreements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently search, evaluate, and finalize properties.
• Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new warehouses and offices for Ridoji.
• Conduct location and catchment analysis of new store locations; negotiate, acquire and finalize.
• Negotiate final rentals, landlord scope of works, etc.
• Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size and business requirements.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers and real estate consultants.
• Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.
• Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.
