Keylabsintelli is looking for a Project Trainee in Pune District, India. This role supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities in industrial automation. Trainees will assist in documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or MBA Operation, and freshers are welcome to apply. Skills in communication, MS Office, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of automation, manufacturing, or engineering projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project updates.
• Follow up with teams to ensure project tasks are completed as per schedule.
• Help in preparing project status reports and presentations.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, quality, and deliverables.
• Participate in internal project meetings and record MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
• Support project managers in resolving basic operational issues.
