Job summary

Alstom in New Delhi invites applications for a Project TC Manager to lead serial testing and commissioning activities and define train acceptance criteria. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and maintain quality across TC scope.

You will work with engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to supervise customer acceptance and ensure EHS compliance, delivering value to our projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Testing Commissioning of electrical, control, onboard systems in relevant sectors.
• At least 2 years experience in Test Engineering (TC Methods).
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical processes (earthing, bonding, cabling, protection, instrumentation).
• Strong leadership and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to foster communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making in complex environments.
• Experience with high-risk electrical work and EHS requirements (desirable).
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.

Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer acceptance and meeting quality, cost, and delivery commitments for our projects. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing), supervise customer acceptance performance, and ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities, as well as defining clear and comprehensive train acceptance criteria, but also ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and budget.

All about you

• Ability to foster communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
