Job summary

Alstom in Gurgaon is seeking a full-time Project Manager - Services to lead DIS Maintenance projects, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments. You will work with cross-functional teams across maintenance, testing, and engineering to define and optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, delivery of contractual performance targets, and KPIs, ensuring strong client and supplier relationships in a dynamic railway

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in railway signalling or telecom, Metro CBTC project execution, testing or maintenance.
• Strong maintenance project management knowledge including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience handling SLAs and achieving performance targets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and operational processes.
• Familiarity with risk management and continuous improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Validate and update tender assumptions, including identifying variations and innovations.
• Establish and manage the maintenance organization while adhering to contractual requirements and budgets.
• Hiring and leading key operational maintenance staff and fostering a high-performing team culture.

• Proficiency in handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieving performance targets.
