Job summary

Konverge Technologies in India is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor- CCTV Networking to supervise passive infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV and networking installation projects on site.

You will coordinate manpower, plan materials, ensure safety and quality, read AutoCAD drawings, and achieve timely project completion with client handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CCTV, Networking or structured cabling projects.
• Minimum 3+ years of onsite project execution management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute CCTV, networking, and passive infrastructure works.
• Supervise installation of cable trays, conduits, GI pipes, raceways, boxes, and mounting structures.
• Oversee CAT6/CAT6A, fiber, coaxial, and power cabling installation and termination.
• Coordinate racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable managers, PDUs, switches, WAPs, and CCTV cameras.
• Conduct site surveys and validate BOQ, drawings, and site requirements.
• Plan manpower deployment and manage supervisors, technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, IT, security, and facility teams for readiness and execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA standards, drawings, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure EHS, PPE, and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate material planning, inventory, logistics, and timely material availability.
• Verify measurements, certify completed works, and support billing.
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MOM, snag lists, measurement sheets, and project completion docs.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag closure, client acceptance, and handover.
• Provide regular project status updates and resolve onsite issues.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor- CCTV Networking to supervise and execute passive infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, and networking installation projects. The role will be responsible for site execution, manpower coordination, material planning, quality control, safety compliance, documentation, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibility

• Plan, supervise, and execute CCTV, networking, and passive infrastructure works.
• Supervise installation of cable trays, conduits, GI pipes, raceways, junction boxes, and mounting structures.
• Oversee laying, dressing, labeling, testing, and termination of CAT6/CAT6A, fiber optic, coaxial, and power cables.
• Supervise installation of racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable managers, PDUs, switches, WAPs, and CCTV cameras.
• Conduct site surveys and validate BOQ, drawings, and site requirements.
• Plan manpower deployment and manage supervisors, technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, IT, security, and facility teams for site readiness and execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and take corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA structured cabling standards, approved drawings, quality procedures, and installation best practices.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in CCTV, Networking or structured cabling projects.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing onsite project execution teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and structured cabling infrastructure.
• Experience in installation and termination of CAT6, CAT6A, Fiber Optic, Coaxial, and power cabling.
• Good understanding of LAN infrastructure, network racks, patch panels, and cable management systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) and industry best practices.
• Experience with cable tray, conduit, trunking, and GI pipe installation.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, HLDs, LLDs, BOQs, and project layouts.
• Familiarity with cable testing tools such as Fluke Cable Analyzer, OTDR, Fiber Power Meter, and cable certification equipment.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements and site safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• OEM certifications in CCTV, Networking, or Structured Cabling are preferred.
