• Ensure the stall is built as per approved design and safety standards.
• Manage a team of carpenters, fabricators, electricians, and helpers during exhibition work.
• Monitor timelines and ensure the stall is ready before the exhibition opening.
• Handle client queries/requirements on-site and provide quick solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for material, lighting, furniture, branding, and other requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of quality and finishing of the stall.
• Report project progress and completion status to the project manager.
