Job Summary:

Luminal breast cancer subtype comprises a major proportion of all breast cancer types and have cold tumor microenvironment and hence are notoriously non-responsive to chemotherapy. Project focus is if altered lipid metabolism responsible for the poor response in these patients and can the sphingolipid and ganglioside metabolic pathways be targeted to elicit antitumor immune response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Person with post graduate qualification in life sciences with research experience in molecular biology is required for tissue handling.
• Purifications, assist in sequencing, and performing multiplex IHC, qPCR validation.
