Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement across a major infrastructure programme. You will work with project teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe and efficient delivery.

In this role you will drive right-first-time outcomes, use data to identify risks and opportunities, and support governance and compliance.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can bring people together, build trusted relationships and help teams achieve excellent outcomes.

As a key member of the project team, you'll lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities across the project. Working closely with colleagues, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll help embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient and successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading project quality and assurance activities throughout delivery
• Building strong relationships across project teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders
• Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time outcomes
• Using data and insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing lessons learned
• Supporting governance, compliance and assurance activities
• Helping develop a collaborative culture where quality is everyone's responsibility
