Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Digital Adoption Co-ordinator to join the Sizewell C programme in the UK. You will work with site delivery teams to implement digital tools, enable data-driven decisions and embed modern ways of working across one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects.

You'll roll out and support platforms such as Aphex, Trimble Connect, Site Assist and ArcGIS, provide training, and collaborate with Digital, Engineering and Operations teams to improve project delivery

Qualifications

• Experience deploying digital tools in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of site processes and digital ways of working.
• Experience administering platforms such as Aphex, Trimble Connect, ArcGIS or Site Assist.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and continuously improve digital tools across site delivery teams.
• Provide day-to-day governance for Aphex, Trimble Connect, Site Assist and ArcGIS.
• Train project teams and supply chain partners on digital tools.
• Support deployment of digital information and models to construction teams.
• Collaborate with operations to identify digital improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement Mobilisation and Digitalisation Plans.
• Coordinate with Digital, Engineering and Operations teams to integrate solutions.
• Create digital processes, user guidance and training materials.
• Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Support live reporting and use of digital data for decision making.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes – Sizewell C – a once-in-a-generation clean energy project that will help power over 6 million homes for decades to come.

Working within the Civil Works Alliance (a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke), you'll play a key role in driving the adoption of digital technologies that improve the way construction is delivered on site.

As a Digital Adoption Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with site delivery teams to implement and support digital tools that enhance collaboration, improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. Acting as the link between digital and operational teams, you'll help embed modern ways of working across one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the rollout, administration and continuous improvement of digital tools used across site delivery teams
• Providing day-to-day support and governance for platforms including Aphex, Trimble Connect, Site Assist and ArcGIS
• Training project teams and supply chain partners on digital tools and site-based workflows
• Supporting the deployment of digital information, models and advanced work packs to construction teams
• Working with operational teams to understand processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement and automation
• Supporting the development and implementation of Function Mobilisation and Digitalisation Plans
• Coordinating with wider Digital, Engineering and Operational teams to ensure digital solutions integrate effectively across the project
• Supporting the creation of digital processes, user guidance and training materials
• Monitoring adoption of digital tools, identifying challenges and helping drive continuous improvement
• Supporting the use of live reporting and digital data to improve project decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting digital systems or technology deployment within construction, infrastructure or engineering environments
• Knowledge of construction site processes and digital ways of working
• Experience administering or supporting digital platforms such as Aphex, Trimble Connect, ArcGIS, Site Assist or similar applications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Experience delivering user training or supporting system adoption would be advantageous
• Business analysis, process improvement or change management experience would be beneficial
• Passion for digital innovation and improving project delivery through technology
