• Should be well conversant with Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint.
• ACAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should own a two-wheeler.
• Should be willing to travel on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Foresee weekly/monthly/quarterly schedules and adjust daily schedules in consultation with stake-holders, company employees, managers, client-side team members, vendors and labourers.
• Help Accounts and Purchase to foresee billing, purchasing cycles and complete billing documents.
• Understand and index drawings and maintain client files, prepare handing over documents.
• Visit sites to verify progress, identify delays and coordination gaps, and update management in a timely manner.
• Index service calls/AMC calls and track their attendance.
• Update management on budget overshoot.

Project and Planning Coordinator: -

1. Foresee Weekly/ Monthly / Quarterly Schedules and accordingly make changes in daily schedules in consultation with stake-holders, Company employees, colleagues, managers, team members of client side, vendors and labours.
2. Help Accounts and Purchase to foresee billing, purchasing cycles and complete billing documents.
3. Understanding and Indexing of Drawings and maintenance of Client files, preparation of handing over documents.
4. Visiting sites to verify the site progresses and finding delays and coordination lapses and updating management accordingly well in time.
5. Indexing of Service calls / AMC Calls and their attendance.
6. Updating management on budget overshoot.

Preferred Candidate Expectations

1. Diploma / Degree Holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil.
2. Experience- 2-5 years' experience in project industry will be preferred.
