Jaljeevika Infotech Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks an MIS professional to design and maintain our management information systems across projects. You will develop data collection tools, ensure data quality, and build dashboards and reports for management and donors.

The role requires 5+ years in MIS or data management, a degree in statistics or related field, and strong Excel/Sheets skills with experience in Power BI or Looker Studio. Travel to project sites will be required.

Formación

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Applications, Rural Management, Development Studies or related field.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; dashboards and mobile data-collection tools.
• Experience preparing donor reports.

What you will do

• Collect, clean and validate data from field teams across states, and follow up on gaps and errors.
• Build dashboards and monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and donors.
• Track project outputs and outcomes against log frames and targets, and flag deviations early.
• Train field staff and community facilitators on data collection tools and reporting formats.
• Work with the IT team on the requirements for digital data-collection and reporting tools.
• Support baseline, midline and endline surveys and impact studies.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, monitoring and evaluation, or data management, preferably in the development sector.
• A degree in Statistics, Computer Applications, Rural Management, Development Studies or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio or similar) and mobile data-collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK or similar).
• Experience preparing donor reports.
• Clear written English; Hindi or Marathi is an advantage for working with field teams.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
