Job Description
To build products that customers love, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a record of delivering best solutions for service‑ and product‑based companies. The role involves working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and roll‑out products that support the company vision and strategy. The Project Manager must blend business acumen with technical insight, and possess a big‑picture perspective and the drive to turn that vision into reality.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with all areas of the company and define product release requirements in partnership with engineering and marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to define go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Act as an internal and external evangelist for the product, working with sales channels and key customers as needed.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis, and participate in discovery for wireframe drafting with the creative director and design team.
- Create buy‑in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver on a quick time‑to‑market with optimal resources.
- Drive product launches, working with public relations, executives, and management team members.
- Evaluate plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective messaging.
- Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, balancing client expectations and budgeting while delivering high‑quality applications.
- Coordinate with technical architects, creative directors, and senior management to create work plans and timelines.
- Monitor progress, adjust budget and timeline, and maintain accurate documentation and communication schedules.
- Analyze projects from stakeholder, client, designer, developer, and consumer perspectives; define objectives and KPIs.
- Lead multiple functional teams to provide comprehensive support across application development and publishing.
- Conduct market and product research to maintain a modern understanding of mobile and web market trends.
- Write project reports for management and stakeholders, and monitor and approve project expenditures.
- Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience delivering solutions for services‑based or product‑based companies.
- Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across all company levels.
- Experience defining product gapped and requirements with engineering teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with public relations, sales/channel, or customer engagement as an evangelist.
- Proficiency in managing the full project lifecycle, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of agile or traditional project management methodologies.
- Track record of delivering on schedule, within budget, and meeting product quality benchmarks.
- Experience scaling projects across multi‑functional teams and cross‑regional stakeholders.
Working Conditions
The Project Manager typically works in an office environment but may need to travel to non‑standard sites. The role follows a standard work week but may require late evenings or weekend work to meet client deadlines and should be available for communication with senior management and clients, responding to emails promptly regardless of location.
