What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):

The Consultant, Transition (Knowledge Transfer) is responsible for supporting, coordinating, tracking, and executing onboarding and knowledge transfer activities within the technology teams of GCC. The Consultant, Transition (Knowledge Transfer) also identifies and documents opportunities for continues improvements at GCC, ensuring successful delivery of knowledge transfer material and a continuous improvement mindset.

How You’ll Succeed (responsibilities):

Training Coordination:

  • Collaborate with business units, vendors and training teams to develop training plans for transitioning teams
  • Identify learning opportunities and work with business units and vendors to help talent upskilling based on surveys and feedback
  • Deliver some of the training material to incoming employees in a classroom setting
  • Track the delivery of training to various resources. Administer surveys, track completion rates and effectiveness of training programs, escalating gaps as needed

Transition Management:

  • Support comprehensive transition of resources based on transition scope and timelines
  • Execute detailed transition plans around technology onboarding, knowledge transfer by effectively coordinating cross-functional activities, closely monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all key milestones
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless handover
  • Serve as an escalation point for on local technology teams when it comes to transition related activities like onboarding, training and offboarding

Stakeholder Engagement & Opportunity Identification:

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across vendors, business units, operations, technology, and support functions to ensure alignment on knowledge transfer objectives
  • Serve as a central point of contact for information sharing, issue resolution, and change management during Knowledge transfers
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to provide regular updates on transition progress, milestones, risks, and issues
  • Track and report on key knowledge transfer metrics, including training completion, training efficacies and benefit realization
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring attention or escalation
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to knowledge management, reporting, and documentation processes
  • Support post-transition reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement for future transitions

Experience: 7+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience in delivering and tracking technology trainings, experience with business analysis or transition management within a large organization of 5+ Years
  • Experience working in training institutes or related organizations delivering large scale trainings
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR or Computer science or IT related fields
  • Experience in the financial services sector or shared services/global capability centers
  • Familiarity with technology evaluation (Infra and software) and deployment processes
