Blackbaud is seeking a skilled Professional Services Project Manager in Hyderabad, India. This role manages client projects, conducts kick-off and status meetings, and coordinates with customers and internal teams to keep tasks on schedule.
You will monitor timelines, maintain project data in our systems, and address issues with cross-functional teams. The role requires effective communication, organization, and willingness to participate in after-hours support as needed.
Work Location: Sky tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India
Work Schedule: This role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours. Ability to work a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), with availability for customer-facing engagements during that time. Participation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.
Managing professional services projects for Blackbaud's customers. Conduct project kick-off and customer status meetings, ensuring clear and organized communication with all stakeholders. Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure project tasks are scheduled correctly and completed on time. Stays on a focused, efficient path for achieving results through monitoring project timeline and milestone progress. Maintain project data in internal systems and project management tool, including project status updates, forecasts, backlog updates etc. Address and resolve customer issues and feedback by collaborating with internal Blackbaud teams and maintaining effective communication with customers.
