Job summary

Blackbaud in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to contribute across the full development lifecycle. You will design, build, and maintain high-quality code using the Microsoft stack and modern frontend technologies.

You will collaborate with product management, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure web standards and accessibility. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, mentoring, and staying current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and developing applications on the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with frontend technologies - Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with C# and .NET Core
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience working with RESTful services and APIs
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and object-oriented development
• Familiarity with Git and continuous integration systems.
• Familiarity with building software applications in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) a plus.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality and actively experiment with emerging capabilities as they evolve.

Responsibilities
