6+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, or TPRM transformation initiatives.
Hands-on familiarity with at least two platforms: PeopleSoft (Sourcing/Procurement), Coupa, Aravo, Zip (or comparable sourcing/TPRM/orchestration tools).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes: strategic sourcing, PO creation, three-way matching, invoice-to-pay, vendor/third-party risk management.
Stakeholder management across Sourcing, AP, TPRM, Vendor Management, IT, Data teams.
ERP transformation program experience (migration/upgrades involving sourcing/procurement/TPRM).
Experience with orchestration/workflow layers (e.g., Zip) unifying procurement systems.
Financial services domain exposure with compliance/audit requirements.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Own project plan, RAID log, milestones, and deliverables for S2P workstream.
Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation across PeopleSoft, Aravo, and Zip.
Manage vendor master data cleanup, mapping, and migration.
Facilitate workshops, steering committee updates, and executive-ready reporting.
Drive risk/issue resolution, UAT planning, and organizational change management.
Ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes and orchestration layer.
